RMF Global Sourcing is an independent advisory firm supporting international buyers as they evaluate and manage manufacturing relationships in Türkiye. We help clients navigate language, cultural, and operational complexity so they can make informed decisions with confidence.

Founded by Ian Machir, an American expatriate based in Türkiye, RMF Global Sourcing works exclusively on behalf of buyers to provide clarity, coordination, and risk visibility across cross-border sourcing projects. Our role is advisory in nature: we assist with supplier evaluation, communication alignment, and production visibility while all commercial agreements, negotiations, and contracts remain directly between buyers and their chosen manufacturers.

Our bilingual team helps bridge cultural and operational differences by clarifying technical intent, documenting expectations, and providing structured insight into manufacturing progress. Whether clients are sourcing furniture, mattresses, textiles, stone, or décor, RMF supports transparency and informed decision-making — without acting as a sales agent or manufacturer representative.

• Supplier Evaluation Support
  We assist clients in evaluating and comparing manufacturers based on quality, capacity, and commercial fit. All supplier relationships and commercial agreements remain directly between the client and the manufacturer.

  We support visibility and accountability by helping clients define milestones, review updates, and track progress from quotation through shipment — without managing production or directing factory operations.
